I know it gets a decent amount of rain, but vancouver woukd be interesting. Doesn't actually get that much snow and weather is fairly mild. Can tap into seattle, Portland markets and cruisers. Have to make water parks indoors though. Could work around attractions to make more indoors or covered tracks?
