I was trying to check on making reservations and the system seemed to be down. I was surprised it was all day, and as of 10pm, it's still down.:( Has anyone experienced any problems today? I can't get any quotes for a vacation. Thanks.

They are too concerned reinventing mobile apps to sell you stuff to be concerned with trivial things like the company's website.

Can't agree more. Especially from someone who is in school for IT, it is horrendous and not user friendly in the slightest. This has always been a problem for the company, and instead of trying to fix it, they seem to add more just making it more confusing

It also still says "this resort is unavailable for the dates, party size, or offer selected! This is in October for either 2 adults or 1 adult and 2 children! What's going on?

This October? There might actually not be anything available. Approximately what dates/resort are you looking at?

ETA: It might also be defaulting to the discounted rooms. I would call them, they'll be able to give you a better idea of all of your options.

@HolleBolleGijs I think you're right about the default to the discounted rooms! Thanks.
But, what's so special about this particular October! I noticed that the crowds are to be larger than expected. It can't be MNSSHP could it?

No problem!

As for the crowds, I think it's the culmination of a few things...

1. Increasing crowds year-round (partly due to HP at Uni)
2. MNSSHP + Food & Wine
3. Many schools, especially in the south, are adding/have added a fall break the week surrounding Columbus day. That means a potential for increased crowds the weeks surrounding the holiday (effectively half of October).
