Pre-Trip Disney World Unplugged

Time for our 25th Anniversary trip at The Polynesian Village. I grew up only staying there. We were there for our honeymoon and for our 5 yr. We have nothing planned outside of sitting at the pool, sipping tropical drinks, reading a good book or two and dinning around the Monorail. Oh, and Dole Whips. No Parks! No Disney Springs! No Busses! If we can't get there by foot or Monorail, we ain't goin'.

Five nights at the Poly arriving on a Sunday. We have the following dinning reservations...

Sunday - Kona Cafe dinner
Monday - Narcoossee's dinner (Anniversary)
Tuesday - California Grille dinner
Wednesday - Grand Floridian Cafe dinner
Thursday - Kona Cafe dinner
Friday - Beaches & Cream lunch (departure day)

I know this won't end up being much of a trip report but I plan on having plenty of resort and food photos to share. Maybe a book review or two as well. Plus this is my first ever trip report so be kind to the novice.

It's one of our favorite things to do. Especially around the Monorail.

Thank you. We've done this once before with a no plans plan (at least no plans of going into the parks) and it was great.

We are back! There were some major changes to the dinning reservations and I do not have as many food pictures I initially thought we would but hopefully you'll enjoy the report just the same. Plan on getting this report started in the next few days. Now to catch up on work e-mails.... :rolleyes:
