Disney World Explorer Software?

if i'm not mistaked, the WDW explorer CDrom is horribly out of date now. It's an entertaining look at WDW with pictures, sound and video - but probably not as helpful in planning a trip as www.disney.com is.
you can probably find the CDroms on ebay for cheap, and it's definately a neat addition to any disney collection. i wish they'd release a updated version - but i guess we'll just have to wait and see on that one...

Well, I debated on whether I responded to this post or not...and since I am going to respond, let me get this out of my system 1st. :lol:

Ok, now... I have the explorer software, it is horribly outdated (yet still enjoyable). Your best bet is to go to www.disneyworld.com and find the form that lets you order a planning dvd or video. The DVD is great, has maps and info on all the resorts, highlights of different types of rides, on and on and on. Plus it's free.
Oh, and one other thing...

Between your two replies, there are just fuzzy lines on my screen. It's almost as if someone from "that state up north" tried to say something. That stuff is not permitted on OHIO computers.

I think I will look into getting that DVD, sounds good. I also may see if I can get a cheap copy of the "Explorer" on ebay or something.

I know, last time I was in Columbus I was moderately surprised by the number of UofM people. As I work in Ann Arbor I expect to see much more scarlet and gray starting this afternoon or tomorrow.
But it'd be hard pressed to put me in a bad mood now, I leave for WDW in 14 days :sohappy: :sohappy: :sohappy: :sohappy:
