Disney World and Disneyland, California get to trade attractions. What deals do you want to?

  • Their Pirates for ours; they can even have the inside queue and I'll toss in the Pirates interactive game thing to make it a better deal.
  • Buzz Lightyear one for one, I want pickup-able blasters.
  • All the overlay/seasonal stuff for Space Mountain for our elevated Astro Orbitor.
  • Barnstormer for Gadget's Go Coaster ... actually I'd trade all of Storybook Circus for Toontown, I'll throw in Enchanted Tales.
  • Dinosaur for the Indy ride, plus one animal display/show of their choice because I know they miss the Big Thunder Ranch.

Pirates for Pirates
IASW for IASW
Fantasmic for World of Color
Test Track for Radiator Springs
Dinosaur for IJ
Anna and Elsa meet and greet for Pinocchio
winnie the pooh for Mr Toad

DL can keep the Matterhorn. That ride is way too rough

My wife and I thought we're the only ones that feel that way!

What's the fascination, in general, with Mr. Toad? I sort-of-remember riding it back when it was at the MK and don't remember it being all that fantastic (plywood cutouts). I rode the one at DL about 9mos back and it was OK. I think Winnie the Pooh at MK is a better experience. I think there are a lot of cool details in there where it makes you feel like you're in the book.

Toad was OK but, again, I associate it mostly with static figures and plywood cutouts (much like Snow White and Pinocchio).

For me, for the most part, it's a nostalgic factor for me being that Mr. Toad is a Walt original

Three things:
Let's trade DL's PoTC for WDW's PoTC - I want my 2 drops
And I want DL's Snow White's Scary Adventures for WDW's Princess Fairytale Hall
One last thing, DL's Mr. Toad's Wild Ride for WDW's Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh (yes, my kids will hate me for this)

There's a theme here, don't give us a lame-o version of a ride or take away our classics and replace them with a big fat meh....

No
  • California Screamin' for Rockin' Rollercoaster (I think that alone is a pretty even trade, but I'd consider also including our Little Mermaid queue if it would sweeten the deal)
  • DL's Mark Twain and Columbia boats (to be used in WDW's Fantasmic... yes, I know there may be some logistical issues) for River of Lights beautiful seating area (to be used in DCA's World of Color)
  • Hatbox Ghost for the Trump/Hillary AA that WDW would otherwise add to the Hall of President in 2017 (on the grounds that the Trump/Hillary AA must be placed in DL's Haunted Mansion and the Hatbox Ghost must be placed in the HoP)
And finally...
  • WEDWay/People Mover for all of Carsland (Come on... you know you'd trade just about anything to have your People Mover back ;) )

I remember it was the only ride that had super long lines too, both my wife and I came off it thinking it was not really that fun and way too painful a ride, my back really took a beating. I think you hit the nail on the head with your switches, but I also thought DL Railroad was way more interesting than MK.

OK here is are my big switches.
DL Quickservice options for WDW, much more healthier and interesting options in Cali.
And...Can we get the DL FP Machines for the Magicbands? First they don't have too many rides that have FP which forces you to just relax and I much prefer the FP system to Magicbands. I like to plan and all, but it's too much work anymore.

I don't know to be honest because I sort of like the idea of each park having some of the same and then some totally different things.

Although, just a hunch, in California they'd give their left arm to trade and get rid of the upcoming Guardians just to get a permanent Tower of Terror back. Who wouldn't?

Toad was two rides, a great gimmick. The left and right ride had their own scenes, plus slightly different experiences of the shared scenes.

It was zany, non-stop action from start to finish

Steering wheel! OK, so it didn't do anything, but it did allow you to play. Which is still more than all those interactive rides where some character has got lost and they need you to help find them back! - by sitting statically in your car. (Which yet again seems to be the storyline of GotG ToT. When will Joe learn?)

You get run over by a train! Still one of the greatest scenes ever!

You die and go to hell! :devilish:

I would trade...

7DMT for Matterhorn
Speedway for Autopia
Buzz for Buzz simply for the guns

I would also like Radiator Springs Racers but not sure what I would swap for it.

WDW PoTC for DLR PoTC. Duh

WDW BTMR for DLR BTMR. Because they have the explosion in the mine. And a much better load area

WDW Space Mountain for DLR Space Mountain, not because of the overlay, but because of the two person seat and the much better, faster and smoother ride. What WDW Space could have been if they hadn't botched the update.

Not that I care (actually haven't ridden it) but WDW IASW for DLR's. Way cooler looking...and it's Walt's....

Dinosaur for Indy. No brainier.

RSR for Tomorrowland Speedway. God, I'd take just about anything from DLR for that piece of crap. Ditto for Stitch.

7DMT for California Screamin'. What a rollercoaster should be. Who gives a rat's about AA? It's a freaking coaster!

Matterhorn needs to stay at DLR. It's as iconic to that park as the Dome is to Epcot. And I would cry if I didn't see it at DLR.

WDW Main Street for DLR Main Street

WDW Disney Springs for DLR Disney Springs. What can you say? They have a La Brea bakery, a manageable World of Disney with much better merchandise and a Fossil store. Just a more pleasant experience, better vibe and not wall to wall people

One caveat. DHS ToT stays....without the rumored GoTG overlay. Bet DLR fans would trade just about anything with WDW to avoid the impending ruin of their Tower.
