Unless, if you believe the story at an earlier thread, the show was shut down because the permit for the theater building was only for a temporary structure, and the time limit had run out. In that case, they might need to do a complete rebuild and repermitting of the theater before they can reopen it.
I don't know how much credit I can give to the permit thing. Especially since Disney is basically thier own goverment on their property in a round about way.
But it is all for the best. I'm sure Disney wouldn't do something to Horizons unless they knew it would be better. Well, judging by the speed at which everything was built, and by the speed that attractions like Primeval Whirl and even the whole of Animal Kingdom was built, maybe it will be up soon...as long as, that is, we don't have another Test Track on our hands.
