We try to lose a few pounds, too (so I don't feel guilty about a Dole Whip here and there at WDW), as well as increase our stamina.

We generally take a nice, long family walk down our country road after dinner, or go to a local nature trail. Unfortunately, with four inches of snow still on the ground today, we're going to have to postpone beginning our walks until the weather catches up!

Good luck. I try and build up to doing at least 10 miles a day before any trip. That way I get home nice and relaxed after going with my open to close, always on the go commandos! TBS any effort will be well worth your time. Meet us down in Chit Chat in the thread Working Out for Disney, you'll get lots of good advice and cheering on towards your goals.

So we have our trip planned for June now time to lose weight before I go eat at all my fabulous restaurants. Who else try's to lose weight before going.
Every year I do my before disney diet LOL. I pretty much do weight watchers and excersize as much as I can. I have sciatica so I try my best to build up my leg issues and lower back.

I was doing really well with getting in my cardio nearly every day - and then softball happened! Season ends next month and my life "should" be a bit less chaotic until the fall...so hoping to work that back in so I can keep working on being "Disney ready."
