Disney with a Large Group

We are looking at going to Disney next summer as part of a trip with my family's corporation. It would be a large group and the corporation would pay for the trip. I am guessing somewhere around 20 people. I know Disney no longer does Grand Gatherings but does anyone know if there are any other services from Disney that would help with large group planning/reservations or if they do anything special for corporate groups? I am charged with helping plan this but even though I am a total expert at planning my own family's trips I am not sure how to go about one this big. I was thinking maybe Richard or someone else from Kingdom Konsultants (I think that is the right name) might have some insight. Thanks for any help!

I did find that site but I don't know that we will actually have a meeting. It may be more of a retreat type thing. Why did they do away with the Grand Gathering anyway- it would have been perfect?!

Room group rates would start if you could guarantee at least 10 rooms.

You could arrange your own dessert party in Epcot...

Private dining can be arranged.

Pam can handle whatever you throw at her...she took care of our girl scout troop trip and that was 36 crazy people...with numerous changes throughout the planning. We got everything we wanted from Cinderella's Royal Table to Le Cellier and a whole lot in between. The girls were in 5th grade then...they are all now 16 and I still get emails and facebook posts about that wonderful trip! Good luck and have fun!
