Does anyone know where online I can purchase the Disney wind spinners that are sold at the epcot flower and garden show.

I would imagine you could check Disneystore.com, Theme Park tab (highly unlikely, however.) Your best bet is to call the WDW Merchandise number, they may be able to help you. Call now, though. Seems those would be seasonal offerings.
