Disney Visa Approval

has anyone ever had this problem before. I applied for my Disney Visa and when approved (instantly approved and a message popped up telling me to book my trip) tried to pay for my vacation instantly like the website says and was unable to do so. Nobody at Disney knows what happened and Chase does not either, the best they said they could do is Fed-Ex it out.

Can anybody shed light on what happened.

Sorry, I cannot...we actually waited to get ours in the mail to finish paying for our trip. Good luck getting it resolved.

I got robbed at the mall in January and let me tell you the worst card we have dealt with is Chase. Still not straightened out completely. Good luck

Sorry you had a bad experience. We've been Disney VISA cardholders since the charter year and have never had a problem. :shrug:

To the OP, the new cards will be to you in no time. Believe me, they want you to owe them money. LOL! You'll be able to pay everything very soon. :animwink:

Actually because we were having a hard time paying for the vacation with the instant approval, they said they are going to fed-ex our cards for us. But later on we figured it out it had something to do with an error with the website.

Just changed my trip from Aug 24 to May 11th because of my brother and his family going down. The only drop off is that they are staying in the Port Orleans, so I switched from Contemporary to Port to be with them.
