Doesn't WDW always say "please allow 90 minutes for travel" when you travel around property?

They do suggest you allow at least that much time to travel. That allows for 30-45 mins on bus, a 20-30 min wait for a bus, and then 20-30 mins to get through security and walk to your destination in park. Obviously those windows may vary greatly, but they are ball parking something like that.

I always say better I wait then they not wait for me.
