Too late for that. The value of the Vista Way property was approx $63M. With that location Disney probably pocketed a lot more than $63M when Vista Way was sold.

I would honestly be a little surprised if anyone other than Sheraton gets the complex. The buildings already somewhat match the style and colors of the existing Vistana resort complex (although I'll admit I haven't driven back there in quite a while so they could be wildly different now), and the recreation and other existing facilities fit being a resort a little more than a standard apartment complex. If anyone else does get the property, I would expect a complete demolition.
