It is an interesting logo. As a whole it looks like a dragon head to me (DCL is the nose, green is front of head/eyes and then long horns, etc), but I'm grasping for Figment clues. The logo also reminds me of a stylized version of the Leave a Legacy monoliths, and a mixture of Spaceship Earth and Imagination pavilion geometric shapes.

Also the tagline seems to be a reference to Horizons.

The spirit's the same, but not really close. Here's what I think you're thinking of (http://www.horizons1.com/script.htm):

It's also not a line from "Tomorrow's Child" either BTW.
