Disney Studio, Journey to Narnia closed?

I was working with TSM but I left the company kind of, "midway" (no pun intended). As far as I know, the plans were to demolish the firework pads. This would allow for expansion of the street.

I love the narnia movies! But I never got the chance to check out narnia because in the studios I'm always on sunset boulevard, it's just that addicting.

I always kick myself for not doing it though, I hope it re-opens.

Waste of time, basically a timeshare promotion for the Narnia movies except at the end you don't get anything except the shaft.

Gut it and put something worthwhile in there.

Thought it was pretty cool at first glance. After getting yelled at by the witch I was having all sorts of thoughts about what was coming next. Thought it might be some role-playing. Figured they would hand us all fake swords or something. Then discovered that was it! Would have been interesting to have had more characters on more sets.

You know, after reading this thread it is amazing to me how many of us thought the same thing after going through the Narnia display. Perhaps Disney should test some of these new displays with folks before premiering them.

I remember my exact thoughts when I first went thru this ride: I thought it was just the queue/pre-staging area for the main ride or show that we would be led into next. Instead it was just over. I remember thinking... what? ...is that all? :snore: :D

Because Narnia was such a good movie and because this is in Disney, I was expecting more.
