Disney Store-District Manager

Hey guys,
Anyone know anything about a Disney Store-District Manager? I just applied for this position with Disney and waiting to get a response.

I have an idea of what that level of Management should make, but curious as to what Disney pays. Also, looking for benefits, hours, etc.


My backround far exceeds the requirements for this position and qualified for a Regional V.P. level but this may be a great way to get into Disney.

Any info would be great!!!!

Don't know what they get paid, but I would assume that it would depend on what district you are in. The job basically has you running around from store to store in the district and making sure that everything is the way it should be. I personally couldn't stand my district manager when I was at TDS. She was a pain in the butt and would make changes that made no sense. However, her word is the highest you usually see. Benefits would probably be standard Disney management level benefits. You'll get a Silver Pass and be eligible for health, 401K, etc.

I can say though, the stores are far from Disney magic. It was fun on stage and all, but when management is involved it is just another retail store. Tread carefully...

Thanks for the info.... The District would be 10-12 stores... It has been a few weeks and havent heard much yet.... We will see!
