Are those hotels considered Disney Hotels now?
Can you get FP 60 day in advance?
ADR 180 days out?
EMH?
Magic Bands?
Transportation?

Anyone can book dining 180 days out, just not for length of stay. For most places, that will be fine. Only a handful will be a problem - BOG, CRT, Ohana spring to mind. Touring Plans reservation finder is your friend for those you can't get.

But in general I believe DS hotels get the 60 days FP booking, plus EMH. They run their own buses; you would need to buy magic bands if you want to use them for tickets, FPs and ADRs.

All DS hotels (not just Hilton) get all the benefits of staying on property at least until 12/31/18.

I did say DS hotels in my reply. Do they get magic bands too, I didn't think they do. And Disney don't run buses to these resorts, that was my point.

In fact, looking at the website, it says they get select benefits - specifically mentioning EMH and FP window. Nothing else. I don't think they do get full benefits like magic bands, ADR window for length of stay, charging from parks etc
