Wasn't sure which thread to post this on, but wanted to thank the person that posted the survey to host a Disney party. I was contacted by Disney today to host a show your Disney Side party! Very cool. If anyone is interested I will post pics of the stuff they send me

Congrats! My boxes should be here Friday. I am so excited! I'm going to do a World Showcase foods/drinks for the adults and then theme the kids around whatever is in the box.

I have 2 Disney parties every year we travel to WDW. Every 2nd year, I bring a group to Disney and so...

One is based on planning our trip and I make Disney rice crispy treats (similar to those found in the parks) Mickey bbq burgers with matching buns, several hidden Mickey food items. We make itineraries, view the planning CD for rookies and view photos, slideshows and video from past trips. We discuss each attraction, FP (now FP+ and MDE), dining, cool things to see / do - in short EVERYTHING Disney. We have small Disney loot bags for guests and bigger prizes as well.

The 2nd is post-trip and we share photos, experiences, and make plans for our next trip. Similar attention to detail as the pre-vacation party, but usually different fare / loot / prizes.

SOOOOOO much fun.
