thanx mickeyman, I know it looks great, but i have heard ppl say that its not good cause u dont get much airtime, But even if u didn't get airtime, its not about AIR, its about how fun it is :).

Those were great shows, i wish they could have shown allitle more on MS but they weren't allowed.... sounds like an interesting ride to me. I dont know how they could pull of 0-G and a take/off experience at the same time, Guess we will find out.... :hammer:

The Animal Kingdom was good! They really showed a lot of Kilimanjaro Safarais, Dinosaur and how they treat animals. It was amazing some of the things they had to do for KS to keep the animal protected and away from eachother. I think I appreciate AK more now that I saw the show. Two thumbs up!! :sohappy:

They also showed some computer animation of some greyish silver monster looking thing...... hmmmmmmm

Disney Show Rebroadcasts

for those who missed them the first time, some of these shows are being re-broadcast in the next couple of days. I just did a search with my TiVo and it picked up:

Animal Kingdom on 8/24 @ 4:00Pm ET
Imagineering on 8/24 @ 6:00PM ET
DisneySea on 8/24 @ 7:00PM ET (this one is obviously not WDW but really interesting nonetheless)

As above, all are on the Travel Channel

We've had several threads on this. All it is is a computer animation of the lava creature from the Journey to the Center of the Earth ride at Tokyo Disneyseas. Its what we call a "dogshot"; basically they threw it in.

Don't expect much from it. The Imagineers did not make or edit the special.

If it had been an actual "hint", they would have gone over concept art or had the Imagineers actually talking and giving hints themselves, much like the Mission: Space hawk at the end of the Imagineering special. This was just a two second shot, and then the narration moved on. It was not important enough to examine.

Details on AM Safari tour

Does anyone know the details on the early morning safari tour that was shown on the Animal Kingdom Lodge speical? Travel channel is running a special on great hotels and the Animal Kingdom was featured this week. One of the things they showed appeard to be a special early morning tour with the safari. Maybe it had to do with time of year when the show was shot, but it did appear that the lights on the truck were actually needed. I did not realize that AK opened early enough for the lights to be needed. Anyone heard about a special tour available to AKL guests?
