Hello everyone,

I know that if I call down to WDW I can order items from the stores in the parks and what not. I wanted to replace a Refillable mug (not for taking back and using anytime soon) , but I was wondering if that is something that I would have to get exclusively down there or if they would let me purchase one and have it sent to me. Any help on this is appreciated. Thanks.

I don't think it would be a problem to call down there and request to order a new mug. I don't remember the phone number, but I'm sure someone else here has it. But if you called the main WDW number, I'm sure they would connect you with the proper number anyway.

Of course, this is assumming you're talking about the most recent mug they're selling now; the Year of a Million Dreams mug, which is not resort specific. If you're needing to replace a resort specific mug, you're probably out of luck, because they replaced those with the generic mug that I just described.

Actually, I just found the number that you can call specifically to purchase something that is found in the shops at WDW. It is 407-363-6200.
