Flight Of The Navigator 2
Remember the Disney sci-fi comedy from the 1980s about a boy named David who goes on a fun-filled adventure aboard a spaceship? Neither do we! But that doesn't keep us from throwing an unnecessary sequel in your face.
In Flight Of The Navigator 2, David is back, but this time he's 87 years-old, and has little tolerance for shenanigans of any kind.
Thinking it's a taxi cab, David accidently boards a spaceship yet again for another high-flying adventure!
Take to the skies as we watch David fly 15 below the speed-limit, cuss at airplanes, (or "Meddling Sunday Drivers!", as he calls them), and keep his left turn signal on constantly for no apparent reason. He'll swerve into oncoming air-traffic, complain about the temperature being too cold, and randomly monologue about how time-travelers these days just have no respect.
David is also rejoined by Max, the comical, robotic sidekick from the first film. Only this time, years of wear & tear have finally caught-up with him. So rather than cutting jokes and adding anything to the plot, Max pretty much does nothing but make static buzzing sounds the entire time. (Though compared to some of his corny banter in the first film, that might be an upgrade).
So buckle-up and prepare for an adventure you never realized you wanted to see!
(CAUTION: Contains mild language such as: "Dagnabbit!", and "Great googly moogly!".)
