It has been A WHILE since i actually did some imagineering on this forum, so i figured i will come back. :)

The location for this DISNEY RESORT will be somewhere in the South Pacific as the plan is to for Disney to own their own "islands" as a part of some island nation and then they would be on the island all to themselves... (I hope you understand)

Right now these are the parks i would like for the resrot to have with the lands (ALL SUBJECT TO CHANGE)

--Magic Kingdom
**Main Street USA (1920s OR 1950s theming)
**Frontierland (similar to Paris')
**Fantasyland (expansive, and will be about the same size as the NEW Fantasyland expansion, wtih theming like DLP)
**Adventureland (similar to Paris)
**Tomorrowland
-*-*Discovery Bay
-*-*Space Port
**Dark Village (villian themed land)

--Pacific Disney Studios
**Street of Stars (similar to Hollywood Blvd, needs better name)
**Melody Ave (themed to music)
**HorrorWood ("scary" themed area)
**Disney Channel Ctyd (themed to DC)
**Production Ctyd
**Animation Studios (similar to WDSP, but not)
**Pixar Place
**(muppet themed land, need a land, Muppet Studios is kinda boreing)

--DisneySea (a TDS mixed with Epcot's World Showcase)
**American Waterfront
**Grecian Gardens (themed to greece, needs better name)
**PortToon
**Paradise Pier (similar to DCA's)
**Arabian Coast
**Rivera (themed to Mexico)
**(needs more ideas)
**Mediterranian Harbor
**Port o' Pirates (main land, have Pirate Mtn. as weenie)

THAT IS ALL I HAVE RIGHT NOW AND WOULD LOVE LOVE LOVE IMPUT!! PLEASE SHARE IDEAS AND LAND THEMES... AFTER I GET A LAND LIST DOWN SET FOR EACH PARK, WE WILL START WITH MAGIC KINGDOM!!!

Looking forward to the Villain themed land in MK, The thing about this Hong Kong Expansion is that it gives an excuse to the other MK style parks to do some things that may be a little out of the box compared to Disneyland, so I look forward to that and think it could be great if executed properly.

As far as Disneysea, what about incorporating ideas from Beastly Kingdom? Hercules in the Greece Area, Atlantis (The actual legend not the movie, or the movie whatever, or the little mermaid.)

Also instead of pirate port, why not give pirates a sub-section in MK and bring the famous Mysterious Island rides to this park?

Just some ideas.

Im thinking about the Pirates land and moving to the MK.. I think if i move it to MKit wontbe a subland... it would just be the attraction and maybe a restaruant...

Thanks again with the ideas..

I will update this thread later today with more information :)

I think i have finalized my plans of Magic Kingdom and the layout of it. Except one thing, the castle? PLEASE PLEASE suggest castle ideas...

NOTE: This is jsut a park layout, and DOES NOT have everything by any stretch of the imagination.

Here it goes:

Entering into Magic Kingdom, the land of Enchantment and Fantasy, you will enter from under the Kingdom Hotel, a similar hotel the Grand Floridian and the other Disneyland Hotels around the world (DLP and HKDL). Walking down the street you feel a 1920s theming with hidden alleyways. As you walk past the various buildings down the alleyways you see shadows int he windows and voices, which seem to be mobsters planning their latest attack. The Main Street Vehicles are themed to classic 1920s vehicles, (think Great Gatsby and American Waterfront in TDS's vehicles). Getting to the end of the street you see the castle that leads to the entranceway of Fantasyland. At the end of Main Street is the Hub to the other 4 lands of Adventure, Fantasy, and Tomorrow. (The Hub is the size of TDL's as it will feature seating for teh Castle Stage, and allow ample space to walk around.) Surrounding the Hub is a moat (like MK's). YOu notice giant Swans swimming int he canal, they are revealed to be Swan Boats of the Kingdom. (Similar to what used to be in MK, but are more envirmentally friendly, is a mix of the Storybook Canal Boats and a Transportation system).

In the hub facing the castle, you take the first entrance to the left which happens to be Frontierland, the land of Legends of the American Frontier. As you pass underneath the entrance you hear the Expedition River Railroad, the transportation between Frontierland and Adventureland (similar t TDL's Western River Railroad). In the distance you see the large Mountain that is the settlement's source of income, gold. Moving through the settlement known as Frontierland, but to the locals as Grizzly Gulch, you sense an eerieness in the air and look over near the mountain to see the manor of Grizzly Gulch, the home of the proprietor and mayor of this small town.

That is what i have now, working on the other lands.. will post more later or tomorrow or throughout the weekend... what do you think of this so far?? and PLEASE give castle ideas.. Thanks :)

Um, the only thing that's currently weird in the park is the mobsters. As long as you keep them in the alleyways and the picturesque 20s happy-go-lucky stuff in general view. Other than that, maybe the castle could end with Belle's castle, Rapunzel's castle, or maybe even Snow White's Castle. Maybe Tiana has a castle...? That'd fit in with the 1920s ideas...!

Thanks disneysone for the input... i agree about the mobsters... they would be down only ONE alleyway at the very end... b/c it would be "secret" but we will get to there when we get to Main Street fully.. :)

I was thinking of a Tiana Castle too... but idk if there is one or not... maybe it could be a GIANT New Orleans Mansion like from the film?? or if not i think i will use SNow White castle

Back in the Hub, you take the second entrance on the left and you find yourself in Adventureland, you enter under the Jungle trees and enter village area under the canopy of the trees. This is the land of adventure, you hear tribal drums beating and hidden passage ways. Passing farther into the jungle you find a make shift camp set up for Tourists who now live in the area and give tours on the Jungle Cruise, which is to your right and researchers for the volcanic activity that has been noticed on Fire Mountain, to the left. Moving past the touristy village you enter into Pirate country, known as Port of Pirates, it is forbidden by the locals, but you make your way there.

Returning to Main Street, and entering into Fantasyland from the Hub, you cross one of two bridges, one on each side of teh Castle Forecourt Stage over the moat. Entering through the castle, you enter into the land of fantasy. In front of you in the Castle Courtyard you have the lush gardens of teh castle and in the middle is the Castle Carousel. To the left you find the watery area taht flowed from Adventureland has turned into a lush coastal area with a giant waterfall/ rock feature, this is Mermaid Lagoon, featuring attractions from The Little Mermaid. Moving to the right corner of Fantasyland you have the Storybookland area, featuring Old Mill Ferris Wheel, and Casey Jr. Circus Train. the rest of the area outside of the Castle Courtyard is the Enchanted Forest area. Featuring subland of Wonderland, where the Mad Hatter has his tea party, and fairy tale princeses meet and greet.

But beware, moving too far in the Enchanted Forest, moves you into unchartered territory of evil, Dark Village. The home of the banished, baddy villians. In the middle fo the village is Bald Mountain, and throughout the village is the homes of several villains. Also housed in this village are secret meetings, and secret tours of the Underworld by Hades.

-----------------
Hope you enjoy this walkthough of Adventureland, Fantasyland and Darkvillage... REMEMBER: This is an overview of the park, not each land. So there is NOT every attraction Tomorrow hopefully i can post Tomorrowland. :) PLEASE give suggestions on castles and attractions for all the areas... thnka ou
