Disney Reservation system crash?

I called to payoff my vacation balance and the rep. advised me to wait 48 hours and call back to confirm.? I called twice today and was told they are unable to access reservations. I also cannot access my reservation via the Disney website. I am told that system is down by guestmail@wdwdisneyonline.com. Does anyone know what is going on?

I also tried to payoff my vacation today and was unable to. The rep I spoke to had absolutely no clue what was going on and didn't know when the system will be up and running again. I'm going to try again tomorrow.

I am able to pull up my reservations through Disney.com without a problem. It might be back up now.

Sweet!! I am going to try right now!! I was freaking out yesterday when I went to pay my trip off and I kept getting an error message!! I called and the CM I spoke with did inform be that they are having issues with the system and it only affected those ressies that were booked as a package!

Congrats everyone! I called earlier in the week and paid mine off to, i bought my tickets to MNSSHP (we decided to try this party for the first time on the advice of you all!), ADR's are made, trip is paid, let's go September!!!
