I love going thru these. There are quite a few recipes from WDW in the archives. What I don't get is why they have recipes from Florida Hospital. I've never eaten any hospital food that I would want to make at home. :hurl:

Hey! I was just coming to post this :) They actually have quite a few Disney recipes on that site that everyone should check out if they are interested.

We have a cookbook called Cooking with Mickey Vol.2 (I can't find Vol. 1) anywhere.

It has recipes from WDW and Disneyland. There are recipes from places that no longer exist too, like The Top of the World.

We have made a few things out of it. Pretty cool book.

One that we made that was excellent a baked cauliflower with a cheese, mustard, bread crumb crust on top. It was a recipe from Victoria and Albert’s, which is the one restaurant in WDW that we knew we would never eat at because I am at WDW, I am not putting on a jacket and tie.

Its the same cookbook that i saw for sale in the home store on Main Street in the MK .. there were about 12 copies as of last Friday.

Also... now out of print, but a different book called "Cooking with Mickey and the Chefs of WDW" exists. Not as good, except they have some breakfast recipies and the Mac and Cheese recipie.

And no, i havent seen Vol 1 Anywhere.

Thanks for the info. I have looked everywhere for Vol. 1 but to no avail. We don't even cook that much, I actually like just looking at it. I'm strange I guess.
