Disney Points Vacation Payment

I have been trying for weeks now to apply the points I have earned on my Disney Visa card to my upcoming vacation. I have only tried using the Disney website. Each time I enter the amount of points I want to use and the card informnation it comes back and says that my card is not valid. Does anybody know if there are problems with this part of the website or is there a problem with my account?

It might be due to the fact that Chase bought BankOne and they are converting the systems now, maybe?

did you ever sign up or receive your points card? it is a seperate blue card that they send you. if not that might be the problem. also, when you get to wdw you can use that blue card at almost anywhere and they will deduct the points off it in lieu of cash, credit, etc... if you go online to the disney rewards card site, after you log in there is an option to transfer points. when you do this they will send you your disney rewards card (blue card). so if you are having trouble applying the points to your reservation, just use them instead for incidentals-food, merchandise, etc... i hope this was helpful. also, i think the first transfer has to be a minimum of twenty points so if you have not accrued 20 points(2000.00 in spending) they won't let you.

You need to have a Rewards card. Do you? If not, call them up and they will transfer your points to a Rewards card which you would then use like a credit card.
