Honestly, I think we're the only ones who twistedly want the show to be a bummer because it fits this board's narrative that 99% of things coming out of Disney are trash.So far the reviews have been very positive. We aren't talking about bloggers either. Legitimate media was given screeners of the first two episodes.
I'm just hoping that what they're saying is true; that it will indeed focus on all of the parks and that they will be honest about some of their failures.
It'd make the whole series for me almost by default if Tokyo and Hong Kong got some actual quality material in the series, beyond the usual "we also built..." mention these properties usually get. But I'm not holding my breath.
This, along with The Mandalorian, will likely be a highlight for me.
When do episodes 3 and the rest get released? Every Friday after the 15th?
