Disney near Joplin,MO.?

I live in Joplin,and there are more than just rumors about a possible new Disney park being built nearby.There are some factual things going on being reported.Im very sure Disney wants to keep this quiet,until they are sure they can pull this off. www.Joplinglobe.com. April 19 newspaper.

This article clearly starts out by saying a "Disney scale" theme park is rumored, not that Disney is rumored to be building it. Lot's of theme parks are Disney scale, Universal, Six Flags etc...

another article claims a $1.1 billion pricetag...that leaves only Disney and Universal, neither of which are in a position to build something of that scale. I think the whole thing is just rubbish.
