You can try peer to peer services, like kazaa.

Don't use Kazaa, it installs trojans and spyware on your comp. Definatley the best program to use to get disney music is mIRC on #disney-central.

Ok, then walk the OP through getting on the right server and into the room. If you use the RIGHT versions of kazaa, there is no spyware.

Kazaa Lite gives me no problems at all. I've had lots of problems with others but never had a problem with KL. As far as Disney-Central goes, it would be amazing if it wasn't so damn frustrating.

#Diseny-Central is definately the way to go, once you get it going. It took me a while to figure it out, but once you do, it's definately worth it.

I use Kazaa K++ and LimeWire, no problems from them, except the lack of Disney music on them.

if you want to use Kazaa, get Kazaa lite k++, no spyware and it blocks alot of the mean outside people who'd like to see you in court:)

DISCLAIMER:Don'tGet disney music off kazaa!

Mirc is the way to go though IMHO But I agree with grizz, if you can find the CD online, I'd def buy it. My brother and I own spectro, Main street electrical parade, and a couple of the new disney CD's:-) Oh yeah and we have the official epcot album on vinyl from like 1983.....with the computer song:) and universe of energy:)

However, many area loops and ride loops haven't been released on CD, these can easily be found on #disney-central. Which makes me wonder...how the heck do people get CD quality copies of the area background loops anyway

Kazaa Lite or whatever version was still crap. I say WAS because there are more alternatives that people are using. The only good music P2P program I use is Soulseek. Very small download, no Trojans, spyware, viruses, and there are a lot of good files. I haven't searched Disney music yet, but I'm sure it's on there.

IRC is really the only way to go if you want a LARGE selection of music. Depending on your situation, it is very easy to pick up and use. Ask an OP for help, or use the guides on the forums here on how to download music.

As Grizz said, BUY THE MUSIC if it is available on CD. For the stuff that isn't available such as a Splash Mountain queue loop, then go ahead and download that.

Someone manages to get the master copies and duplicates them. Most music at the parks is stored on computer based machines such as hard drives, compact flash cards, etc...

I totally agree: buy the CD's whenever possible!!!! Support the fantastic efforts of Randy Thornton!

DisneyCentral isn't that hard to figure out, except for the triggers. Once you're in, it's simply navigating a folder structure. Maybe being in IT has spoiled my thinking on such things, but still.... :)
