Disney - Mickey self portrait

I would like to know the name of the artist that made the artwork of Mickey Mouse looking at his own image in a mirror and the drawing that you see on the easel is that of Walt Disney.

The artwork is by a guy named Charles Boyer. I don't know much about him, but I have the small sculpture of the artwork that you talking about and it says his name on the bottom.
