I think it definitely means outdoor queue. For rides with a full outdoor or covered queue (Pooh, Safari etc) it will just be easier to have a blanket rule.
How quickly they went from being a responsible business by following CDC rules to making excuses! I guess it depends on how you feel about what rules are being followed.
Oh, I already agreed with that. Seems very logical to me. But it still doesn’t explicitly state that anywhere so I can at least understand why someone might be confused.
"Upon entering attraction" means queue for me. If people are that confused by it, I'm sure they will update the verbiage.
