I always thought WDW property would remain the one thing safe from outside type of architecture and construction, this will just destroy that whole natural area as we knew it. It would be one thing if designed like the original plans for wilderness junction were going to be etc,,but another poly like tower or city block type building for this beautiful area its sad. The hope was it would get redesigned into something fitting,, I guess it's not looking that way.

It’s completely unnecessary…another desperate Hail Mary to give the impression their business is increasing when it is NOT.

Bob and his ego trying to save himself

Corporate malfeasance
They need to get started on the next DVC offering now so it’s ready once the Poly & Riviera sales near the end.

We can ignore the Cabins at FW, they’re a lost cause.

Oh we passed that turn on the backstretch long ago

Have you seen that monstrosity they built at Caribbean? It’s unpainted concrete with a 1950s Vegas lit up sign on top

Money train, money train... keep that money train a-rollin'...
Who’s buying?

I was told a couple weeks ago that dvc sales were GREAT in July…

Actually they were atrocious. Just higher that the rest of the year

Similar to celebrating attendance in the last quarter when you’re still down a conservative 5,000,000 clicks from where you were 6 years ago in a free flowing, government spending juiced economy

That’s an open poll question…because I haven’t actually heard of anyone closing a contract since the plague.

And I know hundreds at least that did for 25 years prior

That is anecdotal…but I can also be indicative

Riviera is 78% sold, Poly isn’t on sale yet.

The promotion of incentives at OKW sold out, outselling CFW by a country mile.

Their sales numbers are way less lb for lb than they were from 2000-2020.

And so many resells flood the market now the strong indication is a lot of buyers remorse

I get why Disney builds em…no fault of theirs. I see less reason for people to buy them. But I’m salty
