I'll be glad to help. I have a few questions.

Is Victoria Square supposed to be similar to Liberty Square? Is there any specific ips that you are looking to put into Tomorrowland such as Star wars, Marvel, or Tron?

Is there some attractions that would fit in Disney Kingdom that you want to save for Toronto Disney Sea instead like Frozen theme attractions as an example?

Victoria Square is its own but with a backstory to Frontierland, Star Wars, and Tron maybe Marvel might have a area in Toronto Disneysea along with Arendelle.

Will Adventureland have Jungle cruise or be left out?

I am asking because of the potential time the attraction will be closed due to certain times of the year.

I think adding an Indiana Jones attraction could be a good addition for Adventureland.

Well if its outdoors Jungle Cruise would go into a winter refurbishment if its indoors then its open full year along with Jingle Cruise. Indiana Jones is going to be in Adventureland too.

I would like to be in charge of anything regarding the railroad in MK and the monorail system!

And maybe to solve the issue of Jungle Cruise in the winter, since you don't necessarily get wet on it, if the waters are heated, the wouldn't freeze and the ride could be outside and stay open year round.

It doesn't have to be heated to the extent of a swimming pool (75°-80° F), but just enough to keep it unfrozen. Best guess would be around 60° or just have some antifreeze in the water.

Splash Mountain won't be added due to cold weather, Victoria Square Riverboat well be there but will go into refurbishment during the winter, and no Tom Sawyer Island.

I don't know if this affects your plans of Toontown or not for attractions, but Disney announced announced a new Ducktales Animated Series that is going to start in 2017. Sounds like the old characters are coming back.

Source of Ducktales getting a reboot: http://deadline.com/2015/02/ducktales-animated-series-ordered-disney-xd-1201380913/

I am mentioning this because Disneyland's Mickey Town has cartoon series outside of Mickey Mouse and Roger Rabbit. I think having a Ducktales ride would be a good option based on this information since Kids will be familiar with the series.

I like the Jiminy Cricket host idea.

Regina mmm... I'm not sure if that's a good idea. Once upon a time stands a bit loose from the Disney Parks and isn't even really considered Disney, it's based on their stories though.

Olaf sounds fine, because I mean who else?

Maleficent is already hosting the halloween fireworks in Hong Kong Disneyland. I don't want to ruin Oogie's part in the show since his song is still in it. Hades appears in the hellfire scene along with other villains.
