So, it turns out that all of that Disney Junior construction was not only to build the Doc McStuffins meet (which is in the same style as Jake and Sofia's as in under the awning) but, this also made for a relocated entrance that all CMs said was the permanent new entrance. If that really is the case, then, it would make me think that the old entrance area would be used for more meets. Could this be used as the new "new movie" promo meet area as baymax took over the old one, more Disney Junior meets, or something entirely different?

I'm still waiting for a meet and greet with Lamby from Doc Mcstuffins. She loves cuddling, so that would be the opportunity for kids to get alot of hugs from her.

They are working on another but that's it. The show still let's out in the middle there so it can't be blocked.

I don't think it lets out there any more. There is a huge construction wall around the area. Reaching almost to the center of animation courtyard.

I spoke with the CM's running playhouse a week or so ago and they said the old entrance is being removed, the center door is being removed as well and two new meet and greet locations are being put in its place.

And yet they have tons of space by the entrance to the Art Of Animation store (and the Animation Building) that they aren't doing anything with. Makes sense.

That area is the old cue for BLT. You are correct that it is not used often but it is used for meet and greets as a rain location and also as a meet and greet location for special events such as last years Villans event. The location is also used for training and at times it's also a staging area for catering when they take over animation court yard.

If I recall correctly, isn't that part of several areas that are/will be reworked as far as on-stage/off-stage area? I think several bland on-stage areas will actually become backstage... Need to consult some folks on this...

Completely different area and across the park from the area I'm referring to.

The area I'm referring to is around the Art Of animation shop, directly across from Playhouse Disney.
