hey guys, I know I'm totally lame to post a message like this, but oh well-- I'm having hub issues, and can't log on, so I need to contact IT... but I don't have their number anywhere because I can't log onto the hub to find it!!! Would someone mind PMing it to me?

In that case you should contact your supervisor... As you should according to the rules...

No one in his right mind would give you an email address, password or even a telephone number, here on these forums...

So please refrain from these kind of questions...

Well I'd love to go talk to a supervisor, but being 2,200 miles away makes it a bit difficult. And the login page tells me to contact IT, not my supervisor. There are plenty of people on these boards who know me, and know that I legitimately work for the company that can/will help me out.

So please refrain from being unnecessarily rude.... ;)

Too many people ask for inside Disney Information, such as email addresses and telephone numbers...
just to get on the Portal...

Well maybe so, but like I already mentioned, there are plenty of people here who know me and where I work. And Disney IT is hardly "insider information" for a CM. So since I'm having issues accessing the hub (because everyone knows how flawlessly it usually works :rolleyes:) and I need to give my availability and book my hotel for when I go down to work in Jan, there's no need to get worked up over nothing. Thanks though.

Did you completely forget your username or password? If so you have to be on property to do a re-reg.

nah, I didn't forget them- I know they're both right, so there's just something else going on.... :shrug:

A few individuals have helped me out now though so I'm good! Thanks guys!
