We returned from our vacation about 2 weeks ago
. When I unpacked, I was very sad to see that 2 items I had purchased were broken. Both items had been wrapped in tissue and boxed by CMs. Since they were packed so nicely, I never even opened the boxes until I got home. The items were both wrapped too tightly in the tissue and on one picture frame, Tinks arm was broken and on a candle topper, Mickey's arm was broken off. I called the WDW mail order number and explained what happend to a Cm and she said normally once the item gets home, it is basically our 'fault', BUT she would take care of it for me. I just got a package in the mail today and they replaced both items:sohappy: Now, if I thought for one second they were broken in travel, I would not have called. It was obvious that they were just wrapped too tightly, but I still wasnt sure what they could/would do for me. Needless to say they surpassed my expectations and it just goes to show how awesome Disney is
