Disney Insider 7-19-06 Tinkerbell?!

For those of you who get the Disney Insider, this morning they sent an offer for $64/night at select value resorts.

The Tinkerbell (I guess:veryconfu) is frightening.
I thought there might be standards on how to draw a Disney character for an advertisement.
