Hello!

Just wondered if anybody has heard anything about any new stores being built in the UK?

And has anyone visited the Disney café in Harrods? It doesn't look that great in the pics I've seen, defiantly not all that I believe it could have been.

Just in the office listening to Mouse World Radio and shopping for Disney clothing and things available in the UK.

Urban outfitters and ASOS have some bits- does anyone know of any other places?

Yeah, Asda and Primark... Score.
I feel we really get let down here in the UK. I have £50 of Disney vouchers and even the UK Disney Store isn't much cop. I'm jealous of all the USA Disney Store stuff.
You walk into my local 'Disney Store' and the only thing they have for adults is flippin' mugs. Mugs! Where are the clothes, watches, bags, Disney Traditions? Even at the big store in Birmingham, it's all for kids!
Online, we get all the Disneyland Paris stuff which is OK, but I don't feel DLP is real Disney. Hmph! Sort it out!

The Harrods location isn't great. Back when the Xmas windows were in I managed to get some great exclusives (my adult sized Cinderella slippers & a Mickey Cambridge satchel), but now it's no better than a standard disney store.

H Samuels do Britto sculptures - I have Wizard Mickey on my fireplace.
I ate at the Harrods Disney Café when it first opened and to be honest it was rubbish. We had Mickey waffles, not a patch on Contemporary resort ones. The centrepiece was big ben, and in each corner there were child sized sculptures of Rapunzel etc with movies playing.
My nearest Disney store is an hour away either Lakeside or Milton Keynes.
Agree with @pumpkin7 Disney store is rubbish for grown ups!. Though I have got some good things in Next and Asda. Tesco do some fab pj's. I get my Disney Couture stuff from ebay :)

Disney UK is not building any new Disney Stores and at current are closing many locations across the UK and Europe. Instead they are now going down the cheaper route of licensing 'Mini Disney stores' out to department stores such as Harrods, Debenhams, Selfridges, John Lewis etc who will sell their products in those dedicated areas.

If you are looking to buy things from a Disney Store then you can order online at Disneystore.co.uk and have it delivered. Online has a much bigger adult range than in the stores.

Disney products have such a wide appeal that they can be found anywhere. Tesco, Asda and Sainsbury's stock Disney food, toys and clothing for both kids and adults. New Look, Matalan, Sports Direct, Primark, River Island and H&M also sell Disney clothes for adults and kids. Debenhams, Selfridges, Harrods and John Lewis also sell a wide range of Disney clothing.

Online retailers like Amazon.co.uk, ASOS.com, Littlewoods.co.uk and UrbanOutfitters.com/UK, Mango.com and SportsDirect.com also sell Disney clothes.
