We have gone n July and while it is hot (relative to where you are coming from) it is the only time of year we can take our whole family. Best advice FREEZE water bottles to take to the park. With kids freeze Capri Suns. I would fast pass the rides where the lines are outdoors for majority of line. Unfortunately that is most of MK. I would try and do the parks in the am because of heat and rain possibilities. Do take a poncho (cheap on Amazon and small enough to pack). Plan go back in the evenings to enjoy after the rain when it is much cooler. All in all I love Disney no matter what time of year and you will too.
