My wife is now painting the undercoat for my daughter's room.

By tomorrow it will be Butterfly FlutterBy (which my wife calls Eeyore Purple) and Day lily. You see, Behr now has "official" disney colors. The computer room will be "tiggers tummy". When you buy the official colors, you even get a free sticker!! wow.

Anyhow, this got me thinking, I bet some other posters have rooms totally dedicated to Disney.

So Who has done what to their room or kids rooms? and share pictures if you want.

Now it is my turn to go paint.....

Did you see the blinds they have that have disney characters on them?? Go to www.threedayblinds.com and look at the disney section.

Yes, I've seen those. My little cousin has the Princess blinds in her room, but she wants to get rid of them because she's a big girl. (She's 3 years old.) Now she wants Barbie blinds. LOL

My "princess" sleeps in a pink Disney castle made of oversized Lego blocks. We got it for Christmas last year at Toys-R-Us. It has stickers of the various princesses, turrets, and several flags. She loves that she can build and re-build it in different configurations. It even has one block that has a chalkboard surface. Of course, then she needed the Princess bedding ensemble from Wal Mart. ( for a toddler bed ) Sheets, pillowcase, and little bedspread. Wallpaper border completes the look for now..........

We're also slowly completing the bathroom in Princess decor. This stuff comes from K Mart. Soap dish, lotion dispenser, toothbrush holder, cup, bath mat for inside the tub, bath mat for outside the tub, and shower curtains ! ( My hope is that this will encourage my dh to add on another bathroom ! )

My son's room is painted Buzz Lightyear Blue. We put a Nascar border up as he was too 'old' for Disney. The Blue is dark so we did the woodwork in High Gloss White.

Well the painting is done and the border up... I am amazed what two amateurs can do in a weekend!

I checked out those blinds, about $200 for the ones we need......

Hmmmmmm... Tough decision since we rent this place and the windows are a bit odd sized....

Cutting in the paint is the biggest pain. Did you cut your border in the corners? Hanging wallpaper for a living is something I don't miss :hurl: ; but it's a good thing to know.

I adore this pattern. This is actually fine! I have to have to buy one for my residence. Where exactly can I get this?
