Disney excursion at Cozumel

Has anyone got any info about the Caves Caverns And Paradise Lagoon (CZ79)
Do you know the name of the 2 natural cenotes they visit?

And something more: how strict is Disney about the age limit?
My kid is 7 and the excursion is for kids 8 and up.
