"Disney Early Morning Magic - Fantasyland" Anyone know?

If one of those 3 is 7DMT you can bet it will sell out.

I wonder how this will effect BOG Breakfast. I read on another board that guests with early ARDs there got to ride 7DMT early. So I made one for out August trip hoping to save on needing the FP. I wonder if they are going to shut that hidden perk down now?
I had an 8am ADR there in October. If you finish before 9, they will walk the line of BoG guests over to 7DMT just before they let the rope drop guests into the queue. I think we only waited for about 10 minutes. Then we immediately headed to PPF and only waited a short time there. Breakfast was $40 for two of us. Makes more sense to me than paying $69 per person...

Kennythepirate is saying this will cost $69 for an adult, and includes continental breakfast at Pinnochio's + 3 rides+ prepark entrance. Im still new so I don't know how trusty he is.
Months ago I had heard something similar in the works for Frozen Ever After. It'll be interesting to see if that happens.

They'll probably do this for each of the parks. Something like:

Epcot: Frozen Ever After, Royal Sommerhus & Soarin'
DHS: Midway Mania, Tower of Terror & RnRC
AK: Kilimanjaro Safari, Everest & Dinosaur (or Avatar when it opens)

I can see it. "For [insert expensieve amount] have breakfast with your favorite princesses and then join Elsa and Anna in a Frozen adventure one hour before World Showcase opens!"

At least with the option you propose, you are getting a character breakfast. This new offering, you get a run of the mill breakfast buffet with NO characters, and 3 attraction options.

If WDW believes that suckers will pay for these new "add on" experiences, you better believe someone will keep dreaming them up and rolling them out.

Yes, I agree that the EPCOT one would be better. Then again, it would likely be much more expensive.

Actually Im surprised they havent rolled out an expensive "princess experience" yet. Eat breakfast at Akershus and dine at CRT for a 'fixed value price' available to those that stay at a POR Royal Room.

Think for yourselfer
While I believe it is inevitable, what is the incentive to stay on WDW property rather than off property somewhere?

Universal has to be licking their lips at the thought of EMH going away. It's the main incentive guests use to justify staying on-site these days.

Just speaking for myself....

EMH has never been a reason I stay on property. I stay for convenience and because I enjoy the themes of the resorts. Not sure how typical that is though.

FWIW; I think EMH should disappear, but they should not be replaced by these silly upcharge events. Just return the parks to normal operating hours and maintain the dang attractions better.

It's not just 'three rides' as you'll then be much closer than 'everyone else' when the rest of the park opens so say you want the princesses? You'd be first in line, plus whatever else nearby you'd still be slightly ahead of the crowds that are cruisin down Main Street..

I'd be perfectly fine with EMH disappearing if, as you said, the parks would stay open late consistently like one would expect at what is supposedly a World Class theme park resort.

If Six Flag's around the country can stay open until 10-11 consistently during their season, Disney should have no problem maintaining consistent operating hours. But alas...

Not necessarily since the park typically opens at 9:00 and this event goes 7:45 to 10:00 - really depends how they have it structured and where you're at when 9:00 rolls around. Unless - of course - MK opens at 10 those days in which case we would have a whole different issue to discuss.

Convenience is the reason we started staying on site in the 70s. Surprise mornings, the precursor to EMH, didn't start until 91. As they had more hotel rooms to fill they needed additional incentive. If they are pulling 90% occupancy it may be better to save the labor on EMH, let a few people move offsite, and not have to build a new hotel

Convenience was great in the 70's and even through the 90's when things were affordable.

I got 2 nights at Universal's Portofino Bay Hotel last July (just after July 4th) for the same price as a Disney value hotel during that time ($150/night). In and of itself that was a great deal, not to mention the great service and included Express Pass.

Sure convenience is a factor, but at what price do people finally say they've had enough?

There's only so many people who have never stayed in a Hampton Inn to realize the service level and amenities at that price point bear no reality to the real world
