Disney Dining Plan Question

Can a guest add the dining plan onto their ticket if they are staying off property? My thought is that Disney would welcome any extra money that they could get from guests, am I right!?

No. Dining plan is for WDW resort guests only.

No, the dinning plan is part of an overall vacation/room package. If you are not booking a vacation package, or at least a disney hotel room, then you cannot add it.

It’s always been used as an incentive to get guests to book their stays at Disney. Like early entry to the parks you are able to get it by booking a Dis resort which sets you above non resort guests.
