Disney Dining Plan Icons found on menu boards, Is it coming back?

I have been watching the live streams from EPCOT Festivals of the Arts and noticed on the menu boards the Disney Dining Plan icon beside the price, Did or has anyone else noticing this? Could this be a sign that the Disney Dining Plan coming back?

FWIW, the DDP symbol has been on menu boards for months. Don’t read anything into it right now.
