Disney Dining Plan - How to get the most out of it?

Hi Everyone,
My sister and I have planned a short trip to WDW August 31 - September 5 (Labor Day weekend). We are staying at the Coronado. Our package includes the Disney Dining Plan for free! We are in the process of making our priority seating ressies and I was wondering what restaurants are the most expensive and also have the best food. We want to get the most bang for our buck! Your resort has some very good counter service food too, i would stick to there or epcot for you counter service meals. Epcot has such a great variety of food, i dont enjoy burgers when im in disney and i LOATHE disney pizza so epcot is usually the place for me. Book your reservations for lecellier today! make sure you get there at least once. And if you like seafood coral reef is only 1 point now as mentioned earlier. whispering canyon is 1 point and all you can eat so i guess that about as good as you can do with the dining plan.
