When I went to DL for the 50th back in early 2006, I had my camcorder to record Remember...Dreams Come True. It was the trip I had one (post in another thread, lol), and I was swept up in the magic. I hadn't seen RDCT yet, and let me just say that Julie Andrews plus that music plus Tinkerbell flying around the castle and not just from it, plus old and current attractions = incredible Disney magic.

By the end, as Julie Andrews came on one more time and the music played, I was bawling like a baby, but trying to be quiet so I didn't ruin the recording
Yeah DL's version is sooo superior to Wishes. It's like 10000x the waterworks.

Trying to figure out where on this scale I would put "Mickey teleporting at the end of Fantasmic." That always gets me =/

I teared up during Wishes the first time I saw it. Didn't actually cry, though...but I'm not a crier, generally.

I don't cry at fireworks, sorry. If I didn't cry at my own wedding I am not going to let the waterworks out when I leave the gates. Do I get upset at leaving?....yes. However, I know I will be back in less than a year. I realize that I am fortunate to return when some people may only get one shot at the place. Just my two cents.

Well.... when I first saw this post I was like yeah I know what you mean. I say this, I normally don't cry unless its something really bad that hurts me. But back in 07 my first trip with my kids and wife, wife cried during wishes and the last day hahaa. I woke up and told them I will be back I walked around All Star and had tears because it was our last day and I knew I would be back but being with my family did get to me. Seeing my kids expression was just a magical day in my life and that's something I wont ever forget. So only a level umm maybe a 1 or 2. Shhhh I did it without any one seeing me.. well I think...:)

OMG, that is my favorite emotion....LOL.
My DH recently witnessed my beyond-ticked emotion the other day...it's scary...my foot taps uncontrollably and my hands shake. I was upset at the actions of another driver, who I felt had put everyone in danger. It's a good thing my evil twin doesn't show up more than 30 years...I think it might have scared my DH. ;)

Why do we let this stuff get to us like that? I'd love to know how to get over it...LOL. So funny because my DH has the patience of Job and I'm the exact opposite.

My has less patience than I do...he melts down at least once per week; I'm the patient one, that's why this is the first time he's seen it in 30 years. I think I learned my patience from my MIL,when she was alive...my Mom does not have patience at all. I also think it comes from working with young children and their young parents; child is 7 and mom is 21-24...

Sounds about right. I am three days away from going to Disney so I started tearing up a little bit tonight from the excitement. Then I put on some Disney you tube videos, and that somehow resulted in my boyfriend clicking on and making me watch you tube videos of soldiers being reunited with their children, and that of course ended up with me in hysterics in the fetal position. I don't know how these things happen, they just do.

I was at MK on march 1 and the girl behind me balked her eyes out for the duration of Wishes. To the point of my group not even being able to focus on the spectacle that lay before us. Whenever there was a lull she clapped above her head. At least someone could enjoy it.
