Well, now I've thought about it... I'm not too crazy about the Modern Nautical and the Nautilus for the Dreams. Any ideas anyone?

Dreams? I'd go for an "Arabian Nights Fantasy" theme just like how the Magic and Wodner went with TLM and B&theB. Or you could go "traditional" and do "Cinderella Royalty"

Oooh.... I like Cinderella Royalty... Twice Charmed and a Cinderella Dinner? Sounds good to me!

Would you like to be a part of the project stitchcastle? Your art skill and Imagineering talents would be most appreciated!

Kids CLub

For your kids CLub i think you should go with mickey's toon town type Idea
not like Disney worlds Toon Town Fair. But more like the old WDW Mk toon town with all of the interactive fun stuff. Kind of like Disneylands toon town. THis would be so much fun for the kids.

Kids pool

Just an Idea thrown out there.

THe kids pool, or anything else in the ship could be themed to Disney's Bed Knobs and Broom Sticks. THis would work wonderfullf because of the underwater scenes in the movie could be incorperated in the pool in diffrent ways.

THis theme would also work in the Kids Club becasue a whole room could be Themed to be underwater. With bubble machines and fish "Floating" from wire that would pull and push them to dance in mid-Air.

I love that idea! I was thinking something with space, but I like this idea much more!

I'm not familiar with that movie... can you give a bit more detail?

I was thinking either a Nemo themed pool or a Fantasia pool.

Ooo I really like the Nemo pool. You got tons of options with that, I think it needs Mt Wannahackaloogie, but thats just me.

as for the other many areas of the ships, heres my ideas so far.

for the Cinderella themed restuant, how about naming it after one of the mouses. the only ones I can think of right now Is Gus-Gus, and Jack.

I like the Eye Scream one, very clever.

for the Teen Club, I like the idea that the Magic Did, where they put it up in the stack that used to hold the ESPN club. Maybe call it "The Loft" and make it look kinda like a New York Loft. Or maybe like a night Club/Rave type theme with funky lights could be cool.

For a younger Kids area, maybe a Bug's Life themed type place (kinda like the Honny I shrunk the Kids playset in MGM) but with flick and all them. there could be Giant stalks of Grass to climb or maybe an ant Hill to climb through.

For Older kids, Maybe themed to Huwie, Duwie and Luwie's "pimping" tree house. Okay leave out the pimping part, but I mean like vedio games and stuff like that when I say that. like what they have in the Oceaneers lab, but themed to a tree house.

Adut's clubing area, for one maybe old New Orlenes, or a world tour area, where each club is themed to a differnt country, like Dance Club- Italy, Lounge- France, Duling Pianos- I dont know Australia.

As for the pools, If I remeber the family pool on the wonder was the goofy pool, so maybe go with another fab 5 character, Donald would be cool.

Here is a website that gives a good description of the movie. It's a live action/cartoon mix with lots of fun and excitement. THe one scene I was refering to was the Under the Sea scene where the group is plunged into the water with a whole club of fish around them dancing and playing music. There are also some other great scenes that could be used such as the Naboo soccer game.
Great movie with a lot of fun themes in it. This movie would make a great theme for te kids club because of the playfullness of the caracters and the many ideas that could come of it.

I sudgest you see the movie because it is definately a must see.

Sry for keep making seperate posts and all but the ideas jump up randomly. and I like to seperate my ideas as best as possible.

I've never been on a Disney cruise line but I have and Idea for one of the resteraunts/character store. Song of the south theme. such as Brer Rabbit and Brer fox. just like splash mountain. This would allow for a very fun and cartoony type of theming that could be a lot of fun for the guests. THe restrausnt could be more themed like Rain forest cafe with the trees and the animal/ storm sounds. THis theme will allow large fishtanks to be used like the restrauints in the parks which will help tie in the fact that they are out to sea.

1. Yeah! Mt. Wannahockaloogie and seaweed and the "bubble chest"... I like this idea! The slide can be on the mountain!

2. Gus-Gus and Jack are good names, I like them, but.. well... I don't know.. let's see some more names?

3. Thanks. I like Eye Scream too.

4. Yeah, it will be in the stack. I think the loft place is already done, it's called "Aloft". The rave idea was already done too, on the Magic, but The Stack was refurbished, and now it looks like Aloft...

5. Hmm... Bug's Life is good too! But.. well, will the grand plans work with our limited amount of space?

6. Treehouse theme is also cool! I love that idea!

7. I actually thought of a world tour (or country tour) entertainment district. It could work well theming the different areas. I thought of an unofficial name for the area, "Nightlife"

8. Donald works well. I like it, but let's make Donald do something other than scuba dive or snorkel.

Entertainment District and restraunt

For the Entertainment district, you could theme the whole area like tommarow Land, with alot of metal and neon lights, Kind of like MK tommarrowland entrance. add alot of motion, with alot of music and presto, adult entertainment at its best. But I also like the around the world theme.

For the Pizza Ria I think you should go with something that works. Like the Pizza Planet in DMGM studios. THe Pizza Ria can double as a restraunt and an arcade. It does not have to be that large to fit the theme into the area (with the limited space and all).

For the little kids club, Im not sure of the age group, you could do a 100 acre woods theme. this would be great for the limited space you have to work with because all you need to do is add a few free trunks, some fake leaves to the ceiling, and a couple of Murals depicting the homes of the inhabitants, and presto you have a well themed, fun, exciting, Kids zone. other elements of the kidzone could help make the place more authentic, like Honey Pot beenbag chairs. or a small tree house built for climbing, It would have to be small, but it can work because it could be suspemded off the floor and be themed to Owls Tree house.

1. Tomorrowland would be a great theme. I think that would be awesome- Dreams' area maybe, and Wishes can have Around the World?

2. Pizza Planet is a good idea. I'm not crazy about lots of Pixar, but I like it.

3. Maybe this could be the 3-4 area of the Bug's Life club idea? (I must admit, I'm leaning towards a ToonTown club...)

I was thinking of the adult entertainment district, when I thought of a Mediterranean themed area for Wishes! (I must admit, the inspiration came from a commercial) The carpet can be like cobblestones and the walls can have Mediterranean buildings like they have in Tokyo! http://www.mouseplanet.com/tokyo/tdstour/tdstour3.htm

Now what do you think? I like it, but I want approval from you all.

That was fast... thanks! Okay, a theme is decided, but now we need a Dance Club, Lounge, Dueling Pianos Bar, Sports Bar, and a Liquor Shop. That's one more venue than Magic and Wonder (both originally had Dueling Piano lounges, but they closed to make way for Diversions).

Great Ideas so far. I love the idea for the entertainment district.
For the sports Bar you should do it in you should do a very Modern look with the use of steal and neon lights to give it that industrial look. That would look awsome, and would also be easy to clean.

For the Formal dining I think you should do something like Cinderella's Royal Tables. THe walls could be stained wood and you could hang large tapestries designed in the renaisance style depicting scenes from Disneys Cinderella movie. The waitors can be dressed in Renaisance styled clothing and be all formal with the mice peering down from columns and such like in Cinderella's Castle.

Concept Art!

This is a picture of the wall for the Disney Wishes adult entertainment area.

Next is a picture I made for the Disney Dreams to give a visual persective of the porthole stateroom. I made it in paint shop, so... The rooms are designed with a modern look and were meant to look like the Contemporary's new rooms. This is not the final theme! Just an idea.

Great pictures.
If you could put up another list of what you have and what you need, that would be great. and how do you place pictures on your post off of Microsoft Paint?

Sure, I'll tell ya!

First- save the item you made to My Pictures. Second, go to an online photo storing site (I use Photobucket) and register/log in. Second, click where it says Browse, and it will open to My Pictures. Double click the picture you want to upload and click Next. It will load onto the site, where you can find a link, a HTML code, and a
code.

Register on WDWMAGIC. This sidebar will go away, and you'll see fewer ads.
