I saw that DCL sometimes offers a military discount as noted below and I was wondering what is meant by "Family Members Classified as 'Active Deceased'" and how do you prove that? Thanks!

The following are eligible for the Military rate:
  • Active or retired military
  • Air Force, Marines, Army (including Army National Guard), Navy, Coast Guard
  • Reservists (for all branches listed above)
  • Department of Defense, which includes:
    • FBI
    • CIA
    • National Security Agency
    • Secret Service
  • Family members classified as “active deceased”
  • NASA Kennedy Space Center
  • NASA Johnson Space Center
  • Department of Health and Human Services
  • 100% permanently disabled
Limit 3 staterooms per ID. Active and retired members of the US military must show ID at the pier.

That's a new one on me. On a simple analysis of the words and context, I'd suggest it might mean something like family members of a servicemember who was KIA or died prior to completing their original enlistment, with the discount applying during the deceased person's original enlistment period; but again that's simply theorizing.
