That was my favorite discovery this past trip. The dark rum version is good, but the coconut rum is just terrific. Ok, you convinced me!

That list is so longg....however the ONE thing I cannot wait to have next month when we go is a nice COLD Margarita, with some Churros! Love that sweet/salty combo. A MUST every trip for me! My husband will totally say a Dole Whip.

Sometimes I eat so many Mickey waffles at Chef Mickey ' s that waffled is how I feel. Like I can't move because I just got waffled.

Figaro fries were a must for me and I'm sad they are gone. They do have Creative fries at Golden Oak Outpost I believe. If they are there when I go, I will definitely try them.
But right now I could go for one of these.

I haz the recipe (or at least a very close approximation). They are pretty easy to make at home.

I've actually been planning to make them all month. Perhaps I'll do it tomorrow, just need to pick up some cheddar cheese for the cheese sauce. The longest step is blanching the potatoes for the fries (it doesn't taste right with frozen fries, imho). If I do, I'll post the recipe.
