If I had it my way (which I don't) but a little armchair imagineering.
I would implement a playground in the grassy area of Monsters Inc & rebuild a new Muppet Courtard where Rock N Rollercoaster is + Include Sunset Showcase for Muppet Vision. Could even retheme to "Muppet Studios". Add in a covered playground or even better a splash pad over there.
If we were REALLY stretching the muppets out and had a ton of money left over... a self-aware meta Muppet Great Movie Ride would be HILARIOUS to me. A plot about the Muppets wanting to "stay relevant at Disney" and not wanting to be kicked out so they try to retain relevancy by remaking a bunch of Disney properties (feature Star Wars, Aliens, various Disney movie scenes, etc in the usual Muppet spoof way. Would HS jump up quite a bit for me, add capacity especially with 2 new attractions for the littles with a splash pad and playground???) and give it more thematic consistency (with larger "immersive" lands being the connection point)
Is the Muppets realistically still popular enough for all of this? Prob not. But if they could ever get a resurrgence...
