Disney CMs calling guests " Friends"?

This thread should be retitled “Who Cares?” What a complete non-issue.

I never once mentioned that this kept me up nights, but it is a topic and is sad that the situation ever existed that prompted this conversation. Not all topics have to be life changing, slap you down important to be something to discuss. As was stated by a previous poster, there is hardly anything happening in an overpriced theme park that could should be cared about. But yet we do! You cared enough to feel the need to tell us that it is a "who cares" thread.

I think management already views the people as "marks", that's probably been the case before the people on the front line thought we were "friends"
