Hi,

We have our trip booked with the original Club discount, but now with the discounted rates, we're confused:

1 - If we call with the new rate, can it be applied to our existing March reservations?

2 - Is it possible to upgrade from a value to moderate resort using our existing reservation and the new discount? (And we'd just pay the balance of the difference?)

3 - If it is possible to upgrade, do you know what the rate/difference would be for two adults for four nights? We're trying to determine what the new rate would be and if we should upgrade to a moderate resort, if the rates are low.

As long as you don't have your trip paid off yet there should be no problem. If you have it paid off or you book through the Disney Travel Co. they may charge you a fee to change the reservation. Yes you can apply the code to an existing reservation. Yes you can upgrade. They may want to cancel out the old reservation and do a whole new one. It depends on the CRO that you talk to. I suggest that you call CRO or the disney travel co. whichever one that you used and ask them to run the numbers for you. That way you can take care of it all at once if you want to upgrade and use the code.
